The scope of work consists of retaining walls, fish pond, steps to 4 different levels.

The house was designed in England  over 100 years ago with the materials sourced throughout Europe. We undertook renovating existing out-buildings, construction of stone retaining walls, steel panelled fencing screens, fish pond raised above paved area

All services were old earthenware pipes and we remove and had replaced with PVC. Thunder Stone paving was used. Lighting was installed to pond, steps and outside, tripped by sensors so areas illuminate as people walked through.
